Orchard Park Gym Owner, Dinero, Suing Cuomo To Re-Open Schools

Robby Dinero is going after Governor Cuomo once again. This time, he’s suing to have Orchard Park School District re-open in person learning for kids, which include his children.

Dinero’s attorneys are expected to file the paperwork in court today. He is once again being represented by prominent attorney Paul Cambria, as well as Todd Aldinger, both of Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria Lawfirm.

The suit will list Orchard Park School District, Orchard Park Board Of Education, Governor Cuomo, New York State Department of Health as well as the New York State Department of Education.

Dinero is also helping parents in Williamsville.

The suit will seek to require the schools to re-open immediately for in-person learning.

Dinero most recently made headlines after successfully defeating Cuomo multiple times, and is now able to re-open his gym, at 100% capacity as a result of the lawsuit.
