Buffalo gym owner, Robby Dinero will have his day in court to continue his fight for all small businesses.
The date has been set for December 16, where Dinero, and Attorney Paul Cambria, hope to get a ruling that would allow small businesses to re-open, including bars, restaurants, gyms and salons. All have been shutdown in Erie County and select counties throughout New York State.
Dinero’s story made national headlines when he held a protest gathering that chased out the Erie County Sheriff and Health Department when they tried shutting down his event.
