The law firm that has defeated many Cuomo mandates is in a position to do it again.

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz announced earlier today that fans will be allowed in to the stadium, but all fans will be required to be vaccinated in order to attend a game this upcoming season.

According to court records, Lipsitz, Green, Scime, & Cambria have represented the Buffalo Bills in the past.

They are also the same attorneys that gave well known Buffalo gym owner Robby Dinero, his court victories over NYS, that made national headlines.

The firm, has also co-counseled with Hogan & Willig to defeat mandates for bars and restaurants, schools, youth sports and many others.

For the Buffalo Bills, it seems they have the easy route to make this happen, if they give their attorneys the go ahead to fight the newest mandate.
