BREAKING – The Miami Dolphins have been given approval from Florida governor Ron Desantis to allow 100% capacity for fans at their games.
The Miami Hard Rock Stadium can house 65,000 fans.
The team plans to have 13,000 fans at their next home game, then to expand from there.
The Dolphins are the first to be given the green light for full capacity, although Desantis has said he wants fans at the other Florida games as well, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to watch Tom Brady.
Meanwhile, if you’re a Buffalo Bills fan, the NFL experience is the opposite.
Currently in New York State, under Governor Andrew Cuomo, a bar or restaurant can be shut down, if Bills fans are as much as standing in public, while trying to enjoy their chicken wings.
Despite the Bills being 4-0, New York has not allowed any fans at the games, and is one of the strictest shut down states in the country.
Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz has said talks were underway for Bills to allow 7,000 fans, which would be under 10% capacity, but the Buffalo Bills have said otherwise.
Cuomo stated that he would be touring the stadium soon as well, but despite his statement, there has since been no developments or urgency from the governor.
Currenty players have additionally called on Cuomo to allow fans to support them.
In the meantime, please stay seated, while eating your chicken wings and blue cheese.
