Warrant Issued For WNY’er Who Was Featured On MTV’s ‘Catfish‘ TV Series

The Batavia Police Department has issued a warrant for the arrest of Joseph Sumeriski.

Sumeriski, a WNY resident was featured on MTV’s ‘Catfish’, back in 2013 during the early years of the hit show.

According to Batavia Police Department’s new active warrant page, he’s wanted for alleged bail jumping on a previous case. Court records show Sumeriski has been arrested a few times since airing on the show.
