ENCINITAS, Calif – It’s a time of lending a hand. For one man, he’s getting into the toilet paper business, or the toilet paper charity business, to be exact.
Johnny Blue, has set up shop at a busy street corner with a sign that reads “Share your toilet paper”. Blue allows people to come take a roll if they’re in short supply, while others can drop off a roll if they have extra.
