Petition To Ban Governor Cuomo From Bills Playoff Game Gets Thousands Of ‘Bills Mafia’ Signatures

Buffalo is pumped about their football, but not so happy that Governor Andrew Cuomo plans to be there.

The Governor recently gave the go-ahead to allow 6700 Bills fans into the game, resulting in tens of thousands, missing out on the Bills first playoff home game in 25 years.

Despite tickets only being available to the season ticket holders who have the most seniority, Cuomo announced that he will be in attendance. That didn’t sit well with many Bills fans in Western New York.

The petition launched is approaching 15,000 signature and can be signed here.

Majority of those against his appearance are due to his heavy restrictions that have crippled the New York economy and left many small business owners struggling to survive.

Others expressed frustrations that he would allow Bills fans to a game, before allowing small businesses to re-open. Some found it not making sense that you can get a covid test to go to a football game, but can’t to see Grandma in the nursing home.
