BREAKING: Legislators Vote To Remove Bar Curfew In May

New York State Legislature met for what many anticipated would include the removal of many of Cuomo’s mandates.

In a case of unexpected events, sources have told me that the legislature has voted to remove more than just the expected “Cuomo Chip” mandate.

That is the mandate that requires bars to serve food with any drinks.

The vote also included the bar curfew, which is expected to be rolled back by May 31.

Curfew is currently set at 12am. Many have been critical of due to the lack of data. The argument comes that there is no data showing Covid is more transmittable at any time vs another.
